HOWITT PARK

Public BBQ

This park offers a child-friendly play area by a creek, including swings, a zip line, and a unique tunnel slide. It features clean toilets, a BBQ area, and a boat ramp for water activities. Long walks can be enjoyed via the adjacent Mitchell River trail. However, some visitors have noted maintenance issues, particularly with insects. Despite this, the park is generally well-regarded for its cleanliness and scenic views.
